The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times to become eligible. Users should read the specific conditions of each promotion carefully before claiming a bonus. bj999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once or abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts may result in account closure.

4.3 VIP Cashback

bj999's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. For example, a Silver member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 in cashback. Users must remain active on the platform to progress to higher tiers.

5.1 Game Results

All game results on bj999 are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) or the relevant game provider's system. RTP information for each game is available on that game's page. In the event of any dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs will be treated as the definitive record.

5.2 Betting Limits
